Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately before your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available for select items. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you do not wish to pay for reshipping, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
